This look is perfect for the summer party season with its fresh, dewy skin complimented by neutral bronze smoky eyes and bright red lips. And to make it even better it’s easy because the products suit almost any skin tone! But I’d advise shopping around for the perfect red lippy as you may want to go brighter or darker depending on whether you want to rock the party or ROCK the party.

Skin:

1. Use a sheer foundation or tinted moisturiser to even out your skin tone and create a dewy appearance to the skin. You still want your skin to show through so don’t go overboard with foundation.
2. Conceal under the eyes and anywhere you need extra coverage using a creamy concealer.

Pro tip: If you have dark under eyes, select a yellow concealer to counteract the purple in the skin.

Eyes:

1. Apply eyeshadow in a cinnamon/copper shade all over the eyelids and into the crease of the eyes.
2. Blend this out using a fluffy blending brush.
3. Apply the same colour to the bottom lids just under the lower lashes.

Pro tip: When applying eyeshadow, press the product into the skin as opposed to sweeping – you’ll get less fallout on your cheeks that way. Once the colour is on the eyes, then you can blend it out.

4. Using a waterproof black eyeliner, line the inner rims of the eyes (top and bottom) and the top lashline.
5. Apply two coats of black mascara to the top and bottom lashes.

Lips:

1. Using a red lipliner, define and fill in the lips.
2. Apply red lip-colour then add gloss to the center of the lips.

Pro tip: Moisturise, conceal and powder the lips first to intensify the colour and make it last longer.
