Glitter and Shine

You might not want to cover your face in glitter (unless you’re under the age of 18) but you could dress your nails in tinsel inspired sparkle.

Just for Xmas, Orly have released their Sparkle Kit – a full size bottle of Star Spangled (a rich, shimmery red) and a full size bottle of the aptly named Tiara (a clear lacquer with lots of silver sparkles). The kit also comes with a mini glitter nail file.

You could apply Tiara to the whole nail after a couple of coats of Star Spangled. Or you could try the moon mani and apply the silver to the crescent bed of the nail. There’s always a modern take on the french polish with silver applied to the tips. Whatever you decide to do, this is one way to put some glamour and shine into your Christmas Day!
