What with working 10-12 hour days in an organisation being “restructured”, plus undertaking tertiary study, I don’t want to worry about dandruff too. I seriously need to exercise more, yoga would be a perfect way to restore balance.

Working full time and then caring for family members, leaves very little time to stop and look after myself. Always on thee run, it time to stop and take stock of my life.

My temporary job has been thrown out of whack by the dreadful Christchurch earthquake – now I have to refocus and motivate myself again once work can resume. It’s a selfish priority when I know the horror of many families in the region.
