Lusting After Les Khakis

When it comes to polish trends nobody does it quite like Chanel, and this season is no different. Peter Philips, Chanel’s creative director of cosmetics has created a limited-edition set of khaki-colored nail lacquers that will debut in New York at Chanel stores on Fashion’s Night Out, September 10th. Khaki Brun is an earthy gray-brown; Khaki Rose is a muted, dusty terra-cotta; and my favorite, Khaki Vert,is a mossy green that just may be this fall’s answer to October ’09’s smash hit Jade.

The new colour palette goes hand in hand with the current utilitarian, military trend and would look fab with a pair of skinny cargos.

Now…how to get my hands on them.
